the challenge:
In an industry where green yards and competitive pricing was the norm, we were charged with developing a unique positioning and brand image for this smaller lawn care company so they could stand out among the big guys with much larger advertising budgets.
our solution:
Based upon the research of The Marketeers, and working with writer Rita Brett, we helped identify the unique strength of Arbor-Nomics’ techs in their customers’ eyes and developed a new gnome mascot, graphics guidelines and new messaging to combat the common images of pretty grass and smiling homeowners.
To carry out the above we created a new site design and structure including online bill pay with options for upgrades of service plans, new supporting collateral, all graphics for their social marketing and PPC campaigns, as well as helping develop a new tagline for the company.
results:
Arbor-Nomics reached its yearly sales goals by the end of April and continues to see their online business increase with upgrades and upsells.
